MODIFICATIONS of Ball Scanners

• MODIFICATION AS
  AeroSpace is intended for very exacting customers. The basic characteristic of this modification is an improved effectivity of the eddy-current method (Eddy-Current Tester – ECT) and eventually of the optical method (Electro-Optical Tester – EOT). The higher sensitivity of the optical method is applicable especially for the so-called WET INSPECTION. Video WET INSPECTION
• MODIFICATION WD
  Width Different is intended for the most exacting customers. Machines with a much tighter pattern of meridians as is the case with the machines of type AS. Can only be delivered following special agreement with the manufacturer.
• CTR MODIFICATION
  Monitoring the rotation of the spherocone roller. This is ensured by means of a sensor and spherocone rollers with a groove in the shaft. This modification is only for Upgrade Ball Scanner Type BS 0203 and BASC 0306 to BASC 1825. CTR is the standard equipment for Ball Scanners.
